A little more about me….
I’ve been in the trenches for over 15 years, and I’ve lived through it all. The 0-to-80 headcount explosions in four months, the messy BPO transitions, and the "we need it yesterday" startup chaos. I know exactly what it’s like to look at a shoestring budget and a broken process and be told to make it world-class. I’ve made a career out of figuring out how to squeeze every drop of value out of a little, turning underfunded support desks into revenue-generating profit centers that deliver 344% upsell growth.
My driving force in all of this? My 12-year-old twins. As a single mom, I don’t have the luxury of wasted time or inefficient systems. I know how to get things done because my life requires it. That same level of grit and "figure-it-out" energy is what I bring to every organization I touch.
